In the sun-drenched landscapes of Rajasthan, water is far more than a resource; it is the very essence of survival and the guardian of a community’s health. Yet, for many, this basic necessity remains a distant dream.
At the Jawahar Foundation, we believe that no person should be forced to compromise their health for a sip of water. Through our Swabhiman Jal initiative, we are turning the tide on water scarcity and contamination, ensuring that the purest form of life is accessible to all.
Our "Water ATM" project is a testament to what is possible when high-tech innovation meets human empathy. We have established multi-stage, state-of-the-art filtration plants that stand as beacons of health in the community. To ensure that this grace is managed with self-respect and ease, we have introduced the Swabhiman Jal Smart Card. This simple tool empowers over 1,100 households to access clean water on their own terms, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in their collective well-being.
Having addressed the immediate need for nutrition through our "Swabhiman Bhoj" community kitchens, this project serves as the natural next step in his commitment to his homeland. It is our belief that with a full plate and a glass of pure water, every citizen can find the strength to build a better future.

Since the inception of this project, we have been privileged to distribute nearly one million liters of safe drinking water and establish over 20 hydration points across the region. But the true impact isn't just in the numbers - it’s in the children who no longer fall ill, the mothers who no longer walk miles for water, and the elders who can trust the water they drink.
By walking with us, you aren't just supporting a project; you are becoming the reason a community can finally drink to its health and its future.
